DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

At the moment we only offer shipping to the US and Canada.

Shipping to Europe is sadly in paused until further notice.

Unfortunately do to high shipping costs long wait time for your items to arrive and tracking # not availabe in certain regions, we at the moment will not be shipping to Europe. We are hoping to find a solution soon, in the mean time, we will keep updating you through our instagram stories/posts. Feel free to DM us if you have any questions or concerns.

HOW DO YOUR HOODIES FIT?

We offer unisex sizing! True to size. Please check our "Size Chart" at the end of every product image.

Relaxed fit, for an oversized look we recommend to size up - for a fitted look, size down or stay true to size.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. 

All PRE-ORDERS (including express shipping) will take 1-2.5 weeks to ship, once they become available they will ship the next day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We can only ship out packages on BUSINESS DAYS! If you order on Friday night, it will not be shipped out until the next business days.

MY ORDER SHIPPED - WHERE IS IT?

All Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. All items are shipped via courier, and shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers (depending on shipping method selected) will be sent via Email once ready. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We can only ship out packages on BUSINESS DAYS! If you order on Friday night, it will not be shipped out until the next business days.

CANADA: 5-14 business day  

USA: 7-14 business day

Please allow for delays that are out of our control. We try our best to get your package to you safely and in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by the delivery date. (This includes express shipping)

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. customs, weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc)

Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, VBRNCY has no control or leverage of the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at vibrancydesignss@gmail.com. Order cancellations are accepted within a 24 hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window and that have been already shipped will not be accepted.

LOST/ WRONG ITEMS

Occasionally when there is higher-than-usual order volume, our fulfillment team may send an incorrect amount, size or product. If this is the case please CONTACT US and we will right our wrong ASAP!

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, we are unable to accept any return requests at this time. All sales are final. Legally by submitting your order, you are agreeing to these terms. VBRNCY is not accepting returns nor offering refunds during this time. We truly hope you can understand. As a small business safety is our number one priority. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at vibrancydesignss@gmail.com with your order number, and a description of the issue. **ALL shipping costs are non refundable. **

WHAT'S A PRE-ORDER?

You order (an item of merchandise) before it becomes available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.

Availability in sizes and colour is limited. If you would like to make sure you get your preferred colour and size make sure you place a pre-order before they sell out.

This also helps us make sure we order the right amount of inventory so we don't sell out quickly.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order" "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select.

IS SHIPPING FREE IF I’M LOCAL?

Yes! We do offer local shipping at checkout. If the option doesn't show up and you are from the YLL area please contact us.

CUSTOMS TAXES

If you are ordering from outside Canada, import duties, VAT,  taxes or clearance charges may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information.

If we received a return package due to a wrong address/package refusal, it will be canceled and refunded with the "return to sender" fee deducted from the refund.
