Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Due to the impacts of COVID-19, VBRNCY will not be accepting returns/exchanges. All sales are FINALWe recommend making sure of your order before placing it to avoid any unnecessary hassle. As a small business safety is our number one priority. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. 

Unfortunately, due to the constraints of being a small business and high costs associated with processing returns and exchanges, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. Please know that this decision is not made lightly and rest assured, we're continuously exploring ways to improve our services, and we hope to offer returns in the future as we grow. 

Legally by submitting your order, you are agreeing to these terms. VBRNCY is not accepting returns nor offering refunds during this time. We truly hope you can understand. 

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at vibrancydesignss@gmail.com with your order number, and a description of the issue. ALL shipping costs are non refundable.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

In a rare case a return is accepted, the items must be:

-Unopened, unwashed, unworn and in new conditions.

-The customer is responsible for the cost of the provided return shipping label.

Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address/wrong item ordered if we do not have the correct information.

If we received a return package due to a wrong address/package refusal, it will be canceled and refunded with the "return to sender" fee deducted from the refund.

 **ALL shipping costs are non refundable. **  

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at vibrancydesignss@gmail.com. Order cancellations are accepted within a 24 hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window and will not be accepted.  

No changes can be made once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. We will not refund any orders once the order is confirmed and has shipped.

Occasionally when there is higher-than-usual order volume, our fulfillment team may send an incorrect size or  a wrong product. If this is the case please CONTACT US and we will make it right ASAP!

If there is an issue with your product please email vibrancydesignss@gmail.com in which we will reply within a 24-48 hour window during business day.
